Processing of Personal Data is the collection, registration, organization, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, information search, use, transmission to third parties, dissemination, association, combination, limitation, deletion and destruction of Personal Data of natural persons. What Data do we collect about you? A) During your visit and navigation in our online store:We do not collect your Data, except what is collected by the cookies that you have allowed to be used with your consent, which are detailed in the Cookies Policy. B) When registering as a user of our services by creating a user account or choosing direct purchase as an unregistered user (guest): Name, Surname, Telephone, Address (including city, region, postal code, country) the mobile phone number, and potentially your ring name and address, email address and password (if registered as a user).In case you wish to issue an invoice, we additionally collect the name of your company, your profession, the Tax Identification Number and the Public Financial Service. In addition, your PayPal account or credit/debit card details may be required to complete the payment. C) We collect preferences and browsing data, that is, we record the products of our online store that you place in the cart or in your favorites or have purchased in the past. D) Also, if you have consented to us sending you informative material (newsletter), we register your e-mail address in the “newsletter mailing list”. What do we process your data for? We collect your Data exclusively for the purposes of the services provided by the online store www.abajourmonamour.gr and in particular for a) the management of the sale of our products, e.g. communicating and informing you about product availability and order progress, executing your order, sending the products to your address, managing your debts to the Company, making returns, providing guarantees, b) compliance with the obligations imposed by the current legislation, e.g. issuing an invoice, c) the customer satisfaction survey, product promotion, periodic sending of newsletters for products and services. What is the legal basis for the processing of your Data by the Company? The processing of customer/user data, communication, billing, shipping, transactions is either done for the execution of the sales contract, or is based on the user’s own consent. Your data, such as the Τax Identification Number  and invoice data is collected and held as part of our compliance with a legal obligation imposed by applicable tax legislation.For your Data related to the sending of newsletters, product promotion, satisfaction research and the use of Cookies, the legality of their processing is based on your consent Who are the recipients of your Data? Recipients of the Data are the absolutely necessary personnel of the Company, who are bound by confidentiality and the companies cooperating with us, which process your Data as Processors on our behalf and in accordance with our ordersWe may share or disclose your Data when you have expressly requested it or when required by law. How do we ensure that Processors respect your Personal Data? The Performers have agreed and contractually committed to the Company:

  • to observe confidentiality,
  • not to send Data to third parties without the permission of the Company,
  • take appropriate security measures,
  • comply with the legal framework for the protection of personal data.

 

Do we send your Data abroad?

We do not send your Data outside the European Union (EU). Your Personal Data is only stored and processed within the E.U.

 

When do we delete your Data?

 

The data provided by you will be kept/stored by us only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you have communicated your data to us and in compliance with the written legislative provisions, in any case no longer than 20 years.

If you have given us your express consent to use your personal data for advertising purposes (subscribing to the Newsletter), we will use your data for this purpose until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

We delete the Data collected by Cookies in accordance with the Cookies Policy.

 

How long will we send you informational material?

 

We will only send you newsletters with your consent, as long as your details are on the “newsletter mailing list”, i.e. as long as you have not declared that you no longer wish to receive newsletters

When do we respond to your Requests?

 

We respond to your Requests free of charge without delay, and in any event within (1) one month of receiving your request. However, if your Request is complex or there are a large number of your Requests we will inform you within the month if we need to obtain an extension of another (2) two months within which we will respond to you.

If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action, or refuse to proceed with the Request .

 

Is automated decision-making/including profiling used when processing your Data?

 

We do not make decisions, nor carry out profiling, based on automated processing of your Data.

 

Where can you go if we breach applicable data protection law?
